As you requested, I would rephotograph the home now that it is better aligned with the price point. I would also suggest replacing the standard virtual tour with a true video/mini movie. I noticed the listing on 10285 Dowling Way uses a basic video component but I would revise it to be more like this as it combines both photos and video. Aerial images are great as well and for this one I would definitely fly it off the upper master suite deck with the lounger there and a glass of wine. I have that set to do Monday hopefully as my drone pilot is assisting me with another property in Ravenna. Here is a similar project and look.
I then integrate that into a full website. Here is how that appears. It is fully mobile prepared as well. Here is a sample that will open by clickin on the image to the right.
As you notice, the video becomes significant part of the site. My hope is to create differentiation from any other listing and also make it compelling for buyers to review. This actually serves as the virtual tour on mls.
I take it further by creating individual landing pages as soon as you know of a showing.

This is an example of creating something to post to your spere or on the RE/MAX intranet. Works on social media such as facebook as well as the website if you like.

I know you are not a huge fan of brochures, but your seller will love it. Moreover, I will assume anyone looking at the other listing on Dowling will look at yours. I guarantee they don't have anything like this in their home.
