Here are samples as it applies to your listing.    I have a few other ideas in the pipeline that I would love to incorporate into this, new website and using more video.   Im not sure how much of a budget you are working with and I can always set up part of this to be deferred to closing, based on the price point you are going after.  That way, it gets built into the closing.

 

I work towards instilling a greater level of continuity in the entire presentation, from images to copy, to video etc. especially for your sellers as well as buyers.
